Product FAQs

Our products are incredibly durable, but not maintenance free. Take a look at our Product Care Guideline in our refund policy for a detailed list of product care do's and don'ts here

Our products have different types of warranties. Check out the Gungnir of Norway General Warranty segment in our refund policy for details about warranty on every product.

We use a carefully selected high-strength steel that is both tough and ductile all at once, allowing us to have a long lasting and strong even with our SlideLock design. The high-end steel has been machined by advanced state-of-the-art CNC-machines. Our SlideLock is made of grade 5 titanium, which is incredibly strong and tough, and often used in aerospace and racecars.

Gungnir products are designed for sustainability and durability. Our highest priority is to ensure that the components and materials chosen to make our bars are of the highest quality, so that they may stand the test of time.

We work hard to meet all orders as fast as possible. As soon as your order is ready and leaves our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This means that your order has been picked up by our shipping carrier and your tracking number will update as soon as the shipping carrier scans your order in.

Kindly note that there may be short delays in shipping and delivering your order due to peak holiday shopping season and industry supply chain challenges.

Local duties, import taxes or VAT may apply and be added on top of the product price.

US customers only
No local duties, import taxes or VAT for purchases from the US. Orders made from the US will not be subject to import taxes, duties or VAT. 

Import Tax & Duties
Orders from outside Norway will not include local duties, import taxes or VAT. Once the order has arrived at port there will be added costs for said local duties, import taxes or VAT that must be paid for by the importer of goods before the shipment can be released and delivered. These costs are not included in your shipping quote and they may vary from country to country. For more information about your local VAT and duties, please contact your local tax office.

When the tax has been paid, your shipment will then get released from customs and become available for delivery. If there are any issues with your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact FedEx and provide them with your order number, or contact us.

Updating Your Order

Yes you can! Please contact us and we will help you with your cancellation or other requests.

Absolutely. If you wish to have your shipping address edited, send us an email with the new address and we will change it as fast as possible. If you wish to change your shipping address after the order has been sent from our warehouses, please contact the shipping company handling your order shipment.

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14 days free return policy for all orders, read more about it here

If you are not happy with your product or if you have changed your mind within 14 days after delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with a return or compensation.

From the moment we have confirmed and initiated your refund, it may take 5-10 business days to receive. Once approved you'll receive an email notification of the refund.
