Malta is 316 square kilometres. There are no wide open spaces, no sprawling fitness districts, no room for excess. The island has always demanded efficiency in architecture, in movement, in how people use the time they have.

On the 9th floor of Park Heights in Msida, Urbnmove has built a training space that takes that seriously. It is not a gym in the conventional sense. It is a platform for different types of clients with different needs and lifestyles, built around the principle that maximum results should come in minimum time.

Two studios offer a range of group classes and circuit training formats not seen on the island before, alongside an EMS studio that delivers full-body sessions in 20 minutes, and photorealistic 3D avatar body scanning technology that lets members see their progress with a precision no mirror can offer.

The equipment is state of the art throughout, and Gungnir is proud to be part of it, by offering a collar-free gym experience to their members and staff.
Gungnir equipment at Urbnmove is supplied by Gym Supply Malta.
