The Sixer short bar is a compact and versatile bar designed for a wide range of exercises. The Sixer is different from the Fiver because it's rackable. It combines the comfort of a short bar with the ability to safely load it on a rack. This makes it easier to set up and safer to use for exercises like curls, skull crushers, and tricep extensions. It’s perfect for home gyms because it saves space and offers control like a full-size bar but is smaller and easier to handle. Its compact size is great for small gyms, tight spaces, outdoor training, group workouts, or when you need to move it around.
With our special electroless nickel coating and a 28mm stainless steel shaft, this bar is sure to help you get the most out of your workout. Comes with single knurl markings, no centre knurl and a medium knurl for great grip and comfort.
