"A premium curl bar with a revolutionary integrated collar design"
This bar is excellent. The knurling is a little finer than my Stainless Rogue Ohio bar, but it’s still very good. I really like how they contoured this bar and the integrated collars are a real convenience. Super pricey, but no regrets here.
I’ve known for a while about Gungnir’s bars and unique design through reviews that praised their high quality. I had been using a regular brandless EZ bar that I bought used from a closing gym for $20 and it did the trick, but since most of my arm work is done using an EZ bar I decided to pull the trigger and see for myself what the raving reviews were about. Oh, my! Was I surprised! The knurling of this bar feels amazing. It is grippy without being aggressive. The bends are at the correct angles for my taste and all the bar is knurled, which was the deciding factor for me to pick this bar over others. The built-in collars are the icing on the cake; simple yet effective design and satisfying. I am happy to be the proud owner of one of these examples of smart, sleek engineering. It is expensive, but if you have the resources to buy it, it is well worth it. I have just finished designing my next mesocycle and included more movements with this bar in mind.
Build quality is second to none I will buy again and if your looking I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it the packaging was extremely robust and didn’t show up damaged or anything like that.

If you want the best EZ curl bar money can buy this is it. No bar comes close to how well built this thing is. The quality is one thing, but factor in the outstanding customer service that Gungnir offers and it cannot be beat. I will eventually be transitioning over to all of Gungnirs offerings. Fit and finish is exceptional.
These products are Porsches - sure a Honda does the job - this is high quality - but if you want really great quality you have to pay. I buy mostly high end gym equipment for my home gym. I'm always attracted to exellence and the highest quality. I have This is my 2nd purchase from Gungnir. I have the dumbbells also. I have many Eleiko bars and other Eleiko equipment, and Gungnir is at that level. Initally, the idea of built in collars are what interest me in these bars, but after I received these bars I realized that the best part of these bars is the quality - stainless steel and titanium. This Curler bar is high end and for people who are serious about fitness!
